   - Company registration number
   - Name of contact person
   - Email address
   - Full Address
   - Target URL: http://
   - Selected artwork option*

   * We provide three artwork options as following

   1. Option 1: You can design your own artwork (468 * 60 pixels, GIF format) and email to us at cambodiaevisa@mfaic.gov.kh
   2. Option 2: We provide a standard FOC artwork. Please see the sample (banner.gif) from attachment. We will replace “ABC Travel Agent” with your company name. This banner will link to your company website.
   3. Option 3: We can design your artwork at a cost of USD100 one off. Please contact us if you need our assistance in designing your own customize banner.

   
   Terms and Conditions

   1. Valid travel agent - You must be a genuine travel agent with a valid company registration number and registed company address.
   2. cambodiaevisa.com holds no obligation on any issue between travel agents and the tourists.
   3. First month free - In order to help you get more tourists to Cambodia, we will publish your advertisement banner free at http://www.cambodiaevisa.com for the first month.
   4. Minimum 5 e-Visa tourists for the following month In order to promote our e-Visa, we need you to introduce and encourage your customers to use our e-Visa service. For the following month, please email us a list of your customers who have applied for e-Visa. Minimum 5 tourists a month. For tracking purpose, please provide us their name, country and passport number. Failure to send us the e-Visa tourists email may result in termination of free advertisement.
   5. cambodiaevisa.com have the right to change any of the terms and conditions without notice.
   6. Travel agent must read and agree on the above terms and conditions.
