We are pleased to inform you if you are unable to provide your e-Visa printout at the Cambodian Immigration check point due to unforseen circumstances, you could tell the officers-in-charge your passport number and they will help you to go through the process by retrieving your e-Visa information.
However, the process of retrieving your e-Visa will take some time. Thus, please print out your e-Visa beforehand and have it with you to avoid unneccessary delay and waste of time.

Comparing with other countries I have to admit that Cambodia has the best system for arranging visa’s. Especially after the big queues in Malaysia and Thailand this was fantastic. We arrived in Phnom Penh and it was clear where to go. Some frequent flyers asked us how we got the E-visa as they didn’t want to fill their passports with the normal visas and the time you save is noticable.
Cambodia was fantastic after having visited disappointing Thailand. But honestly one week is quite short.
I am hoping that other countries will follow soon as I can not believe that Cambodia was the first country I visited with this system. Well done!!!

Congratulations for a wonderful service and delivery. Although I had problems with the payment services, they were great in helping me to solve it out. All embassies should copy this e-visa service. Thanks again for all, and looking forward to visit Cambodia soon.
