    To Whom It May Concern,
I have heard from my travel agent saying that if I have a dual citizenship, I am not able to use my Canadian passport to enter Cambodia if I leave Taiwan using my Taiwanese passport. Please advise if it is true. I have been using my Canadian passport for traveling at different countries this way but never have any problems. When it said that Cambodia government does not accept dual citizenship, what does it mean? Did it mean anyone with dual citizenship or the Cambodian who possess dual citizenship? It is very confusing and I plan to use my Canadian passport to obtain the landing visa to enter Cambodia. If it could be a problem, please advise.

    Regards,
    Yoko

    Dear Yoko,

It is no problem if you are using Canadian Passport to enter Cambodia if you have Canadian nationality. But you could not use your Canadian passport to enter Cambodia while you are leaving Taiwan by using your Taiwanese Passport. There must be using the same passport at departure and arrival.
