An experience of crossing Cham Yeam

5 August 2007, Cham Yeam with 5 persons we crossed by walking the Vietnamese border to Cambodia. Please be advised that the Vietnamese lugage porters tried to rip us off for 4 times the amount. A very intimidating 15 minutes followed. The Cambodian porters were excellent, helpfull and friendly! The e-visa worked like clock work – extremely friendly personnel for border police! A credit to Cambodia. Of course there are more forms to be filled in and we believe this process got be speed up by allowing to fill these in at home and sign them only upon entry. Very impressed by this e-visa I would recommend all tourists to use this excellent service!
