I got an email today from the Australian Travel Advisory saying that you can now purchase visas online for Cambodia and they gave the website for the guys you are talking about. This is a bit of a worry if even the Australian government is advertising this! Many people will probably get scammed!!

I am Malaysian and I found out from my friends that the e-Visa site is managed by a company called CINET Sdn Bhd. Their directors are Mr Adrian Phang and TY Thong and cowboy Cambodian Hong.
I hear their reputation is at a suspect and is under legal suit. Payment is made direct into their personal internet account and then certain percentage transfer to the corrupted government officials. No money actually arrived for the country to improve the school or kids welfare.
MY advise is to be safe, apply at embassy or Visa On Arrival at all the Cambodian airports and Border crossings when you arrive. USD20 plus a passport photo.
Cheers and good luck.

We have still received reports from other travelers about mis handling of the Visa information through the e-Visa website. Please apply on-arrival.
