Thank you for the fast visa processing. The only thing I can complain about is, that, as you used PayPal, my credit card was charged almost 52USD instead of the quoted 50USD.

This is an excellent service. Probably the most straightforward visa service I have experienced to date. We crossed in to Cambodia at Poipet, and having the visa halved the time it took for us to clear immigration.

Why are other countries not doing this – excellent, brilliant, fantastic. This puts the rest of the world to shame. So nice to see a country actually think about its visitors, hopefully other SE Asian countries like Laos and Vietnam will copy this.

E-Visa is a fantastic service! Simple application, quick turnaround, what more can you ask for? Most tourist friendly visa process in the world. Would be great if you could also pre-pay your departure taxes!

The evisa was simple, easy to use and had a fast turnaround. I was especially impressed with Cambodia use of technology and I hope other countries follow Cambodia’s lead.

Dissapointed as how my husband was treated at the immigration in Seam Reap. Second visit to Cambodi, no problem the first time. Stopped in the airport for not having the e-vis from last year. have all the paperwork and e-vis for this year. My wife was let go with no problem.
Need to educate the immigration employees as how to treat tourist.

just want to let you know that e-visa work flawlessly for my girlfreind & myself. went through customs in about five minutes. hope other countries adopt this method in the future.

Useless in our case. We crossed through the border in Poiphet (coming by train from BKK), and we had to wait for 3 hours in the queue, same one as people without e-visa. So where were the advantages then?

Very efficient service, no queueing, ploughing through masses of documentation or sending passports. It’s a system which other countries would do well to introduce.

What an unbelievable experience getting my Cambodia e-Visa. I was worried about getting passport pictures, filling out a long (usually illegible) Passport application, sending my Passport to and from the Embassy in Washington, etc..
Instead of “wasting” all that time I applied for my visa via e-visa at 11:30 PM one night and I had my visa in my hand (via e-mail) the next morning! A truly progressive, amazing system. Thank you Cambodia for being a part of this great process. I can’t wait to visit your country in March.

I have just completed & received E-Visas for Cambodia and can not believe how easy, quick & efficient it was. What a brilliant innovation! If only every country had something as sophisticated, yet easy to use, as this great E-Visa system that Cambodia has. Congratulations to everyone involved. I’m really looking forward to my visit!

What a great system. I arrived about midnight and the line for visas had a hundred people in it. I walked passed all of them to the E-Visa counter and was in a taxi 10 minutes later.

Obtaining e-VISA was easy and I thought it was wonderful before travel, but the officer at the passport control in Siem Reap complained about it saying e-VISA is no good!! And it looked as though it took more time to complete the procedure than the people who has a proper VISA. We felt badly. It may take more time and cost more to get a proper VISA from the embassy, however, you can always find a nice VISA stuck on your passport after your holiday, whereas e-VISA doesn’t. So, think about it before you apply.

The e-visa process was very useful, although being forced to use PayPal was frustrating (I hadn’t used PayPal in years and didn’t know my password…it made paying for the visa a little frustrating). Other than that, it’s a good service that made it nice not having to deal with it at the airport.

I think the idea is excellent but when we crossed at Bavet there was only one lane open so we only saved about two minutes over those who bought Visas there and paid $5 less. We were then confronted by a man demanding $1 from people who did not have an International Vaccination Certificate (we did). What good does that do?

e-Visa is a wonderful service. I got our visas within an hour! Also I used the http://www.pixenate.com website that you recommend to edit my digital photos and it worked very well.

I thought this process was one of the easiest visa processes I have done. While everyone was shuffling paper and paying money, I went straight through customs, very easy. More countries should do this.
