On the 28th of June 2008, the official Cambodia e-Visa website was removed without any prior notice and reasons given.

If you are having any problems with your eVisa application, please post your comment here!.

All corresponding emails to Cambodia e-Visa authorities has been removed or not active at this moment of time.

This has caused major upset and distress with travelers. All travelers who are facing problems with the eVisa system is encouraged to leave their feedback here.

The CambodiaEvisa.com Team (not to be confused with the authorities of Cambodia Government) is doing our best to update travelers and eVisa applicants on this matter. We are taking all the steps possible to rectify the issue. We truly apologize for this inconvenience.

This is not an UPGRADE: The Old vs The New

Below is a comparison between the previous eVisa system that has been de-commissioned and the currently running eVisa system

In this snapshot, all translations is working perfectly.

In the current system screenshot at 28th June 2008, 1932hrs, the translations is totally messed up with gibberish text.

Error messages in the previous system appears correctly and is in perfect alignment.

The error messages displayed in the new system is evidently an attempt to duplicate the design from the previous system.

The screenshot above shows the previous system’s Flash animation that showcases customers feedbacks.

In the current eVisa system, a new flash animation with a reduced size is used.

The Check and Change feature does not working anymore.

In the previous system, the Check and Change enables applicant to edit their eVisa certificates.

In the current system, it’s not working at all. Error messages shown are not relevant to the occuring errors. Also note the email address shown above in the screenshot above- cambodia.visa@gmail.com. We are not sure why the proper government-authorized email is not being used.

I too wasn’t up for waiting in line. I definitely recommend e-Visa for fiends, family and interested people, as well as Cambodia for an amazing experience. Keep up the top work.

Is The New e-Visa System Secure and Reliable?

The latest information we got is that the new evisa site’s security is compromised. It doesn’t seems like the site was hacked.

Hence, you are advised to practice utmost security measures and procedures when using this new system.
